To drive capital inflow by pitching secure, high-yield fixed-return investment opportunities to retail and HNI investors, ensuring a steady stream of funding for the company’s real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Fund Mobilization
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Fixed Deposit or Fixed Return collections.
- Identify and reach out to potential investors through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct presentations on the security and profitability of the company’s investment schemes.
- Investor Advisory
- Explain the "Safety vs. Return" aspect of investing in real estate-backed FDs.
- Provide clarity on lock-in periods, interest payout options (monthly, quarterly, or on maturity), and TDS.
- Compare company returns against traditional bank FDs to highlight the competitive edge.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Collect and verify KYC documents and ensure error-free processing of application forms.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely issuance of Deposit Receipts.
- Manage the renewal pipeline by contacting existing investors 30 days before maturity.
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for investors for any queries regarding their interest payouts.
- Organize "Investor Meets" or small group presentations to build community trust.
