Position: Project Manager – Oracle Fusion Experience: 25+ Years Required Expertise: Oracle Fusion ERP Oracle Fusion SCM Module Oracle Fusion Finance Module SAP to Oracle Fusion Migration End-to-end ERP project management Stakeholder and vendor management Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Fusion implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects. Manage SAP to Oracle Fusion migration activities including planning, execution, data migration, testing, and go-live support. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors for successful project delivery. Handle project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Drive requirement gathering, solution discussions, and project review meetings. Manage cross-functional teams and client communications effectively. Preferred Skills: Strong experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills. PMP/PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage. Experience in healthcare or enterprise environments preferred.
