Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Executive – Study Abroad to join our admissions team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about helping students build their future, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will connect with prospective students, understand their study abroad goals, provide initial guidance, and schedule counselling sessions with our Senior Counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand students' academic background, preferred destination, budget, and career goals.
- Conduct first-level counselling and explain study abroad opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule counselling sessions with Senior Admission Counsellors.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested students to maximize conversions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with admissions and operations teams.
- Stay updated on study abroad trends, university intakes, and visa requirements.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or Study Abroad Counselling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking over phone and video calls.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
