Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Soft Skills Teacher to train students/employees in communication, personality development, workplace etiquette, and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be able to conduct engaging sessions that improve confidence, teamwork, leadership, and professional behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on:
- Communication skills
- Spoken English
- Presentation skills
- Interview preparation
- Group discussions
- Personality development
- Teamwork and leadership
- Time management and workplace etiquette
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Organize mock interviews, role plays, and interactive activities.
- Monitor attendance, progress, and participation.
- Motivate learners to improve confidence and public speaking abilities.
- Coordinate with academic/HR teams for training schedules and outcomes.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking ability
- Classroom/training management skills
- Good interpersonal and motivational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools
- Ability to handle diverse learners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Communication, or HR is an advantage
- 1–5 years of teaching/training experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
