We are seeking a proactive and responsible Discipline Incharge to maintain a safe, orderly, and positive school environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain discipline across the school campus.
- Supervise assemblies, dispersal, corridors, and common areas.
- Ensure adherence to school rules, policies, and code of conduct.
- Address disciplinary concerns and counsel students when required.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school authorities on student behaviour matters.
- Maintain records of disciplinary incidents and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Ability to handle student-related issues with fairness and professionalism.
- Prior experience in school administration or student discipline will be an advantage.
