Job Responsibilities
- Install and configure broadband connections, routers, modems, and related telecom equipment at customer premises.
- Perform new broadband installations as per company standards and technical requirements.
- Visit customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and installation-related issues.
- Check cables, connectors, devices, and network equipment for proper functioning.
- Ensure timely completion of installation and service requests.
- Coordinate with the technical and customer service teams to resolve field-level issues.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during installation and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Qualification: 10/ ITI / Diploma / Plus Two / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
