About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the smooth execution of interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the design, procurement, site execution, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations for ongoing interior fit-out projects.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Liaise with architects, designers, project managers, site teams, vendors, and clients.
- Track procurement of materials and ensure timely deliveries to project sites.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, work orders, and operational records.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and material follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Assist in scheduling site visits, meetings, and project reviews.
- Monitor project progress and escalate delays or operational issues to management.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor invoices and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Support management in improving operational efficiency and workflow.
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and maintaining documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites as and when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,593.00 per month
