Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients (retailers, salons, distributors)
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Achieving sales targets and expanding market presence
- Conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Negotiating deals and closing sales
- Collecting customer feedback and sharing market insights
- Staying updated on competitors and industry trends
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in sales / field marketing (freshers can apply)
- Strong skills in sales, lead generation, and negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Good planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Basic understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
- Interest or familiarity with skincare/beauty products is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
