Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product & Process Trainer who will be responsible for training new joiners as well as existing employees on company products, processes, SOPs, systems, and departmental workflows. The trainer will ensure that every employee receives structured training and develops the required knowledge and skills to perform their role effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Joiner Training & Induction
- Conduct structured induction and product/process training for all new joiners.
- Prepare and follow a new employee training plan based on their designation and department.
- Explain company products, product applications, features, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Train new employees on company policies, processes, SOPs, systems, and reporting procedures.
- Provide practical training related to their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Coordinate with respective department heads for role-specific training.
- Conduct regular assessments during the training period.
- Evaluate the new joiner's understanding and readiness before assigning independent responsibilities.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment scores, and feedback for every new employee.
- Provide additional training or refresher sessions wherever knowledge gaps are identified.
2. Product Training
- Conduct detailed training on company products, specifications, features, applications, benefits, and limitations.
- Train Sales, CRM, Customer Service, Dispatch, and other relevant teams on product knowledge.
- Explain product selection based on customer requirements and applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and practical sessions wherever required.
- Keep employees updated about new products, product modifications, and changes in specifications.
- Conduct product knowledge tests and assessments.
3. Process Training
- Train employees on company processes, workflows, SOPs, and departmental procedures.
- Explain the complete process flow from enquiry/order booking to production, dispatch, delivery, collection, and post-sales support.
- Train employees on CRM, order punching, documentation, reporting, and other relevant software/systems.
- Explain department-wise responsibilities, timelines, escalation procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Identify common process mistakes and conduct corrective training.
- Ensure employees understand and follow defined processes correctly.
4. Existing Employee Training
- Conduct regular refresher training for existing employees.
- Identify training gaps based on employee performance and departmental feedback.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly product and process knowledge sessions.
- Provide additional training whenever there are changes in products, systems, policies, or processes.
- Conduct performance-based corrective training wherever required.
5. Training Material & Assessment
- Prepare training presentations, product manuals, SOPs, process flowcharts, quizzes, and assessment forms.
- Maintain updated training content for different departments and designations.
- Conduct written, verbal, and practical assessments.
- Maintain individual employee training records and performance reports.
- Share training feedback and assessment results with management/department heads.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring product and process-related errors and develop training solutions.
- Work closely with department heads to understand employee training requirements.
- Recommend improvements in training methods, processes, and documentation.
- Ensure consistency in product and process knowledge across departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
