Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Review and reconcile daily hotel revenue, including room, F&B, and other operating revenues.
- Monitor revenue postings, discounts, allowances, complimentary transactions, and related controls.
- Assist with month-end closing, financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and support timely collection and follow-up.
- Verify invoices, purchase documentation, payments, and supporting records as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for financial accuracy and control.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
- Monitor operational costs and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and financial records.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining effective financial controls across hotel operations.
- Provide timely financial information and analysis to the Finance Manager and management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of hotel accounting and revenue control processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with operational teams.
- Experience with hotel PMS/POS and finance systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
