Inside Sales Executive - SAP sales

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified leads and create sales opportunities for our SAP and Finance ERP software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- * Identify and connect with decision-makers in target organizations.
- * Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- * Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Enterprise Sales team.
- * Explain the value of SAP and ERP software solutions to prospective clients.
- * Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up activities in CRM.
- * Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns.
- * Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- * Achieve monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and demo bookings.
Required Skills:
- * 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales Development.
- * Strong communication, cold calling, and lead qualification skills.
- * Ability to interact with business decision-makers and senior executives.
- * Good knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
- * Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce is preferred.
- * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
Preferred:
- * Experience in B2B SaaS, SAP, ERP, Procurement Software, or Enterprise Software sales.
- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
