- Assemble plastic parts and components as per work instructions
- Inspect molded parts for defects (flash, short shot, discoloration, etc.)
- Perform basic trimming, fitting, and finishing of parts
- Follow quality standards and report any defects or issues
- Maintain production records and daily output reports
- Ensure proper handling of tools, fixtures, and materials
- Keep the workstation clean and organized (5S standards)
- Work with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets
