Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business
Growth for our Water Treatment Chemicals Division. The ideal candidate should possess
strong technical knowledge of Cooling Water Treatment (CWT), Boiler Water Treatment
(BWT), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Industrial Water
Management, along with proven experience in industrial sales and customer relationship management.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing
key customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and positioning Neo-Nir / Dorf-Ketal as
A trusted technical partner for industrial water treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial segments
including Power, Chemical, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Textile, Steel,
Automotive and Infrastructure.
Generate enquiries and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Promote Water Treatment Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, AMC, O&M
Services, Water Audits, and Value-Added Technical Services.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and annual service
agreements.
Technical Sales
Conduct plant surveys and identify opportunities for performance
Recommend suitable chemical treatment programs for Boilers, Cooling
Towers, RO Systems, Chillers, and ETPs.
Deliver technical presentations and value-added proposals highlighting
operational savings and performance improvements.
Work closely with service engineers to ensure successful
implementation of treatment programs.
Sales Performance
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase revenue, profitability, and market penetration within assigned
territory.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans.
CRM & Reporting
Update CRM daily with customer visits, opportunities, quotations, and
follow-up actions.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and opportunity tracking.
Submit weekly activity reports and monthly business reviews.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Water Treatment Chemicals and Industrial Water
Treatment Systems.
Understanding of Cooling Water Treatment (CWT), Boiler Water Treatment
(BWT), RO, Chiller Systems, and ETP operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with Plant Heads, Utility Managers, and Maintenance
Teams and Purchase Departments.
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications
B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma / B.E. Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or
related discipline.
8–15 years of experience in Water Treatment Chemicals Sales.
Proven track record in industrial sales and business development.
You must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
