Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for raw material availability.
- Track WIP (Work-in-Progress), inventory levels, and production output.
- Plan machine loading, manpower allocation, and production capacity utilization.
- Generate production reports, MIS reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and rejections.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Follow lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Handle production dispatch planning and coordination with logistics.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors for material follow-up.
- Support implementation of ERP/MRP systems in production planning.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of automobile components, assembly lines, and supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of:
- Inventory management
- Capacity planning
- MRP/ERP systems
- Production scheduling
- Proficiency in:
- ERP
- Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and JIT concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
