Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Crew Members. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to start your career in the fast-paced and rewarding food & beverage industry. You will be the face of Chai Kaapi, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service, preparing delicious products, and maintaining our high standards of quality and cleanliness. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training to the right candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Service & Satisfaction
· Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and helpful attitude.
· Take orders accurately, process payments, and serve food & beverages promptly.
· Strive to resolve guest queries on the spot and ensure a delightful customer experience.
2. Operations & Food Preparation
· Assist in daily food and beverage preparation following standard recipes and procedures
· Ensure all items are presented perfectly and meet our quality standards.
· Maintain stock levels and inform supervisors of low inventory.
3. Cleanliness & Hygiene
· Keep the front counter, dining area, kitchen, and equipment spotlessly clean and organized.
· Adhere strictly to all food safety (FSSAI) and hygiene protocols.
4. Teamwork & Sales Support
· Work collaboratively with team members and shift managers to ensure smooth operations.
· Support the team in achieving daily sales targets through efficient service
· Learn and suggest popular menu items to guests.
5. Learning & Development
· Participate actively in all training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
· Be open to feedback and eager to improve daily.
What We're Looking For (Job Requirements)
· Education: 10th/12th pass. Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
· Experience: 0-2 years. Freshers are encouraged!
· A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays).
· Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
