We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader in various cities across India.
Missions/Main Duties:

Lead and coordinate the overall planning, design review, implementation, monitoring, and successful delivery of the Urban Water Metro Project.

Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams comprising civil, marine, transportation, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and operational experts.

Oversee planning, design, and construction of water metro terminals, jetties, floating pontoons, approaches, navigation channels, and associated infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards, statutory regulations, environmental requirements, and safety guidelines.

Coordinate with government agencies, urban local bodies, maritime authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, risk management plans, and project deliverables.

Review engineering designs, construction methodologies, technical specifications, and operational plans.

Support integration of water transport systems with other urban mobility modes such as metro rail, bus rapid transit (BRT), railways, and road networks.

Provide guidance on operation and maintenance strategies for sustainable and efficient Water Metro operations.

Resolve technical, contractual, and project implementation issues in coordination with stakeholders.

Lead project review meetings and prepare periodic progress reports for clients and authorities.
Profile/Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.

Master's degree in civil engineering with specialization in Water Resources Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Port & Harbor Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Marine Engineering, or equivalent field will be preferred.

Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience in planning, design, construction, supervision, operation, and maintenance of large infrastructure projects.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Urban Water Transport, Water Metro, Inland Waterways, Ferry Terminals, Marine Infrastructure, Port/Harbor, Coastal Infrastructure, Bridges, Jetties, or similar transportation projects.
