## What You'll Do
* Design and execute creative growth experiments.
* Brainstorm user acquisition strategies that people actually want to share.
* Build marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.

* Work directly with the founding team on high-impact initiatives.
* Turn ideas into execution—quickly.

# Hiring Process
### Round 1 — Resume Screening
We'll review your experience, projects, initiatives, and overall fit. We value originality, curiosity, and evidence that you've built or tried interesting things.
### Round 2 — Live Problem Solving
This isn't a typical interview.
You'll be presented with real marketing and growth challenges related to our product and asked to think out loud. We want to understand how you approach ambiguity, generate ideas, prioritize options, and communicate your reasoning under time constraints.
There are no "correct" answers—only thoughtful ones.
### Round 3 — Domain Deep Dive
Marketing starts with understanding people.
In the final round, we'll explore your understanding of the dating and relationship space. Expect discussions around modern dating behavior, emotional triggers, relationship dynamics, online communities, user motivations, and how these insights translate into compelling growth and marketing strategies.
