Operations Executive (Production & Packaging) Location: Rajguru Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month Experience: Minimum 3 Years Industry Preference: FMCG / Food Manufacturing /frizer food
Job Responsibilities: - Supervise production and packaging operations. - Manage labour and ensure smooth workflow. - Ensure accurate packing and timely dispatch of customer orders. - Train and guide production staff on packaging processes and quality standards. - Monitor packaging machines and coordinate maintenance when required. - Plan daily production activities and prioritize urgent orders. - Maintain inventory of packaging materials and finished goods. - Ensure high quality standards with minimum packing errors. - Allocate work efficiently and monitor labour productivity. - Prepare daily production and dispatch reports. - Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and operational efficiency. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Production/Operations. - Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Packaging industry preferred. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Hands-on approach with willingness to work on the production floor. Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
