About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Web Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving company websites, web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and online platforms used for market research projects.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of both front-end and back-end development, MERN Technology and should be comfortable working independently as well as with the operations and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve company websites and web applications.
- Create responsive and user-friendly web pages that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop internal dashboards, data-entry systems, forms, and project management tools.
- Integrate websites and applications with APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage project-related information.
- Troubleshoot and fix website bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, usability, and search-engine visibility.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
- Maintain and update existing websites and web applications.
- Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to understand technical requirements.
- Develop solutions that support market research operations and data collection.
- Perform testing before deploying new features or changes.
- Maintain proper documentation of development work.
- Monitor website/application performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay updated with new web development technologies and best practices.
Required Technical Skills
Front-End:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Responsive Web Design
- Bootstrap or similar frameworks
- React.js / Angular / Vue.js – added advantage
Back-End:
- PHP / Node.js / Python / .NET – knowledge of any one
- REST APIs and API integration
- Basic server-side programming
Database:
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Basic database design and SQL queries
Other Skills:
- Git/GitHub
- Basic understanding of web hosting and domains
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of website security
- Understanding of SEO is an advantage
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or strong practical project experience will also be considered.

- Candidates with strong experience in web applications, dashboards, API integration, or database management will be given preference.
