Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and promote our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting prospective clients, generating leads, conducting product presentations, and converting business opportunities into successful sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and networking.
- Generate new business opportunities from businesses, schools, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Field Visits & Customer Meetings
- Visit prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers and business owners.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
Product Presentation & Demonstration
- Present company products and services to prospective customers.
- Explain software features, benefits, and business advantages.
- Coordinate online or offline demonstrations with the technical team when required.
Sales & Business Development
- Convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate terms and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for support.
Reporting & Follow-Up
- Maintain records of client visits and sales activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to confidently interact with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software applications, and internet usage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Language Requirement (Mandatory)
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Candidate must be able to communicate professionally with clients in all three languages.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, School Management Software, Loan Management Software, Websites, or Mobile Applications will be an advantage.
- Candidates with field sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must be proficient in Bengali, Hindi, and English (Read, Write & Speak).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
