Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented B2B E-commerce Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to support our online B2B marketplace operations.
The role involves managing product listings, order processing, pricing updates, image uploads, and day-to-day account maintenance across major retail and B2B platforms such as Advance Auto Parts and Sam's Club.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with e-commerce systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across B2B and retail platforms.
- Upload and manage product images, descriptions, specifications, and other content.
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Update pricing, inventory, and product information as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve listing, inventory, and order-related issues.
- Perform regular audits to ensure product data accuracy and marketplace compliance.
- Generate and maintain reports using Excel.
- Support new product launches and catalog updates.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or B2B account management.
- Experience working with platforms such as Advance Auto Parts, Sam's Club, or similar retail/B2B marketplaces is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
