QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 3-5 years in Conveyor Idler and hydraulic cylinder design.
Proficiency in CEMA (e.g., for idlers, pulleys), Indian Standards (IS 226, IS 2062 for steel), and hydraulic cylinder specs (e.g., bore, stroke, seals)SKILL REQUIREDExpertise in Cad,SolidWorks/CATIA, GD&T, FEA (ANSYS).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Overview the CEMA (Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association)/ Indian standard provides guidelines like ANSI/CEMA 401-406 for unit handling conveyors, including design, components, and safety for industrial applications. based on that need to creat 2D and 3D drawings.
2.Overview IS standards for hydraulics include IS 8208 (cylinder bores/piston rods, identical to ISO 3320), IS 11560 (rod end eyes), and IS 13434 (tolerances for 160/250 bar cylinders) and Creat 2D and 3D Drawings.
3.Prototype, test, and document for manufacturing, incorporating DFMA and feedback.
4.Making Stagewise 2D drawing for our existing Customer design.
5.Responsible for ECN Change and Documenting.6Responsible for Creating BOM from Design.
