REQUIREMENTS
- Willing and able to build the Sales Department from scratch
- Strong-headed; able to work in a limited-resource, fast-paced environment
- 3–6 years of Business development experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Startup / small-company experience is an added advantage
- Self-starter who can build scalable processes independently
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales team from start
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and brand visibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
