We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Admin to support day-to-day accounts, raw material purchase management, and business documentation activities.
The role involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining records in Excel, supporting GST-related documentation, and helping manage overall office and accounts operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain purchase and raw material records
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders and follow-ups
- Support accounts and billing-related work
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for accounts, purchases, and GST requirements
- Coordinate with accountants for GST filing and required documentation
- Organize invoices, bills, and business records
- Support day-to-day office administration and reporting
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations
- Understanding of basic accounts and business processes
- Ability to organize and maintain accurate records
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible working style
Preferred
- Familiarity with GST documentation and invoice handling
- Experience in office administration, accounts, or purchase coordination
- Knowledge of Tally or accounting software is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years experience preferred
Pay: ₹175.00 - ₹225.00 per hour
