Job Overview
Moto Control System is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to support sales and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic communication.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support order processing and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM software or customer database management is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
