As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced professionals to strengthen our institutional sales business.
We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Manager / Executive to lead and grow our business through CSD (Canteen Stores Department) and CPC (Central Police Canteens) channels across India.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in institutional sales within the footwear industry, possess strong channel relationships, and be capable of independently driving Pan-India business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales through CSD and CPC channels across India.
- Manage relationships with distributors, depot officials, and institutional partners.
- Drive product listings, approvals, and business expansion across existing and new depots.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and replenishment.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute channel growth strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and achieve business targets.
- Travel extensively across India to develop and strengthen the institutional network.
Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in CSD/CPC institutional sales.
- Mandatory experience in the footwear industry.
- Strong understanding of Pan-India CSD/CPC operations and procurement processes.
- Existing relationships with distributors and institutional channel partners will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
