Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities :-
Lead the technical takeover of projects from the construction/project team to the Facility Management team.
Conduct detailed inspections during project handover and prepare comprehensive MEP snag lists (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
Track and ensure timely closure of all snags before possession and final handover.
Coordinate with project, quality, contractors, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical issues during takeover.
Oversee the entire engineering team and ensure efficient day-to-day facility operations across assigned properties.
Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all MEP services.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of DG sets, HT/LT panels, transformers, HVAC systems, elevators, fire fighting systems, pumps, STP, WTP, and plumbing systems.
Monitor contractor performance, AMC activities, and service quality to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
Manage engineering budgets, utility consumption, inventory, and spare parts.
Ensure statutory compliance related to electrical safety, fire safety, lifts, pollution control, and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular technical audits and identify opportunities for system improvement and energy optimization.
