Position: Travel Executive
Key Responsibilities;
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and assist with travel-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about travel packages, bookings, itineraries, and services.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending requests when required.
- Deliver exceptional customer support while building long-term customer relationships.
Skills Required;
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following regional languages: Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi and Bengali is mandatory.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, travel, BPO, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
