Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Application Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Application Packaging and practical enterprise experience in AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI tools, Claude Code, AI projects, agentic workflows, or similar enterprise AI solutions, going beyond prompt engineering.
Candidates must have end-to-end application packaging experience and should clearly showcase these skills and project experience in their resume.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end Windows application packaging and deployment.
- Package, test, troubleshoot, and deploy enterprise applications.
- Manage Windows application lifecycle, updates, and compatibility testing.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
- Create and manage application deployment using WinGet Package Manager.
- Work with Microsoft Intune for application deployment and device management.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations.
- Support Windows application management across enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and endpoint management teams.
- Implement and support enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI tools, Claude Code, or similar technologies.
- Participate in AI-based automation initiatives, agentic workflows, and productivity enhancement projects.
- Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

Note: Only prompt engineering experience is not sufficient. Candidates should have worked on real-world enterprise AI implementations.Required Experience
- 5–8 years of total IT experience.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Application Packaging and Windows Application Management.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on project experience in enterprise AI technologies (Microsoft Copilot/OpenAI/Claude Code/Agentic Workflows).
- Strong experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Intune and Entra ID.
- Experience in enterprise application deployment and support.

- Resume must include full application packaging lifecycle responsibilities.
- AI experience should demonstrate practical enterprise implementation, not just prompt engineering.
