Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in international IT lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing bulk email campaigns, generating qualified B2B leads, and working with email marketing and prospecting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified international leads for IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software Development, and Digital Marketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize bulk email marketing campaigns.
- Manage 50+ email accounts and maintain high email deliverability.
- Build and maintain a database of 1,000+ prospects.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets and coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT email marketing and lead generation.
- Experience targeting international markets (US, UK, Europe).
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of cold emailing, email deliverability, domain warming, and spam control.
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
