Associate – Customer Success & Operations (Wealth Advisory) - Females only
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly articulate, process-oriented, and client-centric MBA graduate to manage our clients' end-to-end journey. As the primary operational touchpoint, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, handle complex investment queries, maintain zero-error records, and resolve grievances while strictly adhering to SEBI RIA guidelines and corporate Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Client Journey Management
Own the client lifecycle, guiding clients smoothly through risk profiling, onboarding, and digital platform navigation.
Act as the dedicated single point of contact for client queries, operational bottlenecks, and service requests.
Investigate, log, and resolve client complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
2. Operational Discipline & SLA Adherence
Manage daily operational workflows in strict accordance with established internal timelines and turnaround times (TAT).
Ensure rigorous maintenance of client interaction logs, account documentation, and operational data.
Coordinate with internal technology, advisory, and platform infrastructure partners to accelerate issue resolution.
3. Regulatory Compliance (SEBI RIA)
Develop a solid operational understanding of SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and BASL requirements.
Ensure mandatory regulatory records are systematically archived and audit-ready.
Assist the compliance team during internal and regulatory audits by providing seamless documentation trails.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: BBA, MBA, Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers may apply or 1–2 years of experience in a highly professional, customer-centric or client-facing role within the financial services ecosystem (e.g., Wealth Management, Fintech, Private Banking, or Retail Brokerage).
Communication: Exceptional command over spoken and written English. The ability to converse with premium HNI clients clearly and empathetically is a non-negotiable requirement.
Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Indian investment landscape and Mutual Funds.
Preferred/Good-to-Have: NISM Series-XXV-B: Persons Associated with Investment Advice
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
