Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven finance professional who can work closely with leadership on financial planning, decision-making, and business strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of numbers along with a practical approach towards business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization
- Work closely with CEO/MD on business decisions and financial strategy
- Analyze business performance, revenue, costs, and profitability
- Build financial models and projections to support growth plans
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health
- Provide actionable insights based on data, not just reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate financial inputs and tracking
What We Are Looking For (Must-Have Skills)
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and business finance
- Ability to think like a business partner, not just a finance executor
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and Financial Modeling
- Good command over Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work directly with leadership and handle responsibility independently
- Practical approach towards business challenges (not just theoretical knowledge)
Preferred Background
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or relevant finance background
- Experience in a similar FP&A / Business Finance / Strategic Finance role
Important Note
This is a high-impact role involving direct interaction with leadership and contribution towards business strategy. The expectation is to bring ownership, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
