- ITI (Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Tool & Die / Production)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Equivalent Technical Qualification
Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Bending (Press Brake) Machine safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and bending specifications.
- Set up tools, dies, and machine parameters as per production requirements.
- Perform accurate sheet metal bending operations.
- Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Measure dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Scale, and other measuring instruments.
- Follow production schedules and complete targets on time.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Report machine issues or defects to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow all safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC Press Brake / CNC Bending Machine.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Understanding of bend sequence and bending operations.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of tools, dies, and machine settings.
- Good quality awareness and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fresher Requirements
- ITI or Diploma candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines is preferred.
- Training will be provided.
- Good communication and learning attitude.
Experienced Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience operating CNC Bending/Press Brake Machines.
- Experience in machine setup and tool changing.
- Ability to read technical drawings independently.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and production processes.
