Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with experience in the textile industry. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing production, inventory, sales, costing, and operational data to support business decisions, improve efficiency, and generate meaningful insights for management.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze business data from various departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate analytical reports related to production, sales, inventory, dispatch, and purchase.
- Identify trends, patterns, and operational inefficiencies through data analysis.
Textile Industry Operations Analysis
- Analyze fabric production, dyeing, processing, dispatch, and inventory data.
- Monitor production planning vs actual output.
- Track wastage, rejection rates, and operational performance.
- Support costing and profitability analysis of textile products.
Dashboard & MIS Management
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Present business insights to management in a structured format.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes where possible.
Data Accuracy & Coordination
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, accounts, and purchase departments for data collection.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of reports and analysis.
Business Support
- Assist management in strategic planning through data-driven insights.
- Support forecasting, inventory planning, and demand analysis.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.).
- Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
- Understanding of textile manufacturing and operational processes.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Textile industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems used in textile industry will be an advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum: 1–3 years of relevant experience in textile industry data analysis
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
