Position Title: Human Resource Executive
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive to manage core HR operations, policy formulation, talent acquisition, and performance management within our fast-paced banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) environment. In this role, you will play a key part in drafting and updating organizational HR policies, sourcing specialized BFSI talent, initiating regular performance reviews, and managing end-to-end yearly appraisals to maintain a compliant, high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Policy Building & Governance
- Draft, implement, and periodically review HR policies, employee handbooks, and operational SOPs aligned with BFSI regulatory standards and employment laws.
- Evaluate existing HR frameworks to identify compliance gaps, recommending and executing necessary policy updates.
- Communicate newly established HR policies across teams, providing guidance to employees and managers on policy compliance and interpretation.
BFSI Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for BFSI-specific roles (e.g., sales, operations, wealth management, compliance, and risk).
- Draft targeted job listings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage background verification processes.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure rapid integration into company culture and policy compliance.
Performance Management & Appraisals
- Initiate, track, and manage periodic performance review cycles across all departments.
- Organize and administer the yearly appraisal process, ensuring timely submission of self-evaluations, manager reviews, and goal-setting modules.
- Support department heads in establishing clear KPIs, career progression tracks, and employee development plans.
HR Operations, Compliance & Benefits
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and HR databases (personnel files, Provident Fund entries, policy acknowledgments).
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance enrollments, claim inquiries, and statutory benefits.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding internal HR policies, leave structures, and statutory compliance.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, leading conflict resolution and disciplinary proceedings in accordance with company policy.
- Organize training programs, policy awareness workshops, and skill-enhancement sessions.
- Execute employee engagement activities, diversity initiatives, and workplace culture-building programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Professional HR certifications are a plus.
- Domain Experience: 2–4 years of proven HR experience, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector or related financial domain.
- Policy & Compliance: Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and labor compliance standards.
- Performance Systems: Direct experience in managing performance management systems (PMS) and running yearly appraisal cycles.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise with HRMS tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and reporting dashboards.
- Core Skills: Strong drafting and documentation skills, high attention to detail, conflict resolution capabilities, and strict confidentiality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
