Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between sales team, distributors, and internal departments
- Process and manage distributor orders accurately
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain sales records and distributor database
- Handle distributor queries and resolve issues
- Support sales team with reports and documentation
- Monitor sales targets and performance
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Coordinate promotional schemes and offers
- Ensure stock availability with warehouse team
- Manage inventory allocation to distributors
- Track payments and outstanding dues
- Assist accounts team with billing and reconciliation
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance
- Ensure smooth communication across all teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a distributor or similar sales environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Additional Requirements: Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
