Job Summary
Orbitol Intelligence Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced VMC Incharge who can independently manage the complete VMC Department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent machining knowledge, and the ability to ensure smooth production while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the VMC Department.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily targets.
- Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and operator supervision.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimum downtime.
- Monitor tooling, fixtures, machine maintenance, and process improvements.
- Read engineering drawings and ensure production as per quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in supervisory/Incharge role.
- Strong knowledge of VMC machines, tooling, fixtures, CNC machining processes, and engineering drawings.
