Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all security operations across the manufacturing facility.
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.
- Manage Security Officers, Supervisors, and Security Guards across all shifts.
- Ensure effective access control, visitor management, and material movement procedures.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability inspections.
- Investigate security incidents, theft, misconduct, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency response activities, fire safety drills, and disaster management programs.
- Liaise with local police, fire department, and other government authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management review.
- Monitor and evaluate contract security agencies to ensure high service standards.
- Train and mentor the security team on discipline, safety, emergency preparedness, and security awareness.
- Collaborate with HR, Administration, and Plant Operations on employee safety and disciplinary investigations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Mandatory: Ex-Serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force).
- Mandatory: Must be currently working as a Security Head, Chief Security Officer, Senior Security Officer, Security Manager, or equivalent in a manufacturing, textile, FMCG, automotive, or other industrial organization.
- Minimum 12+ years of total experience, including military service and industrial/corporate security.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position managing industrial security operations.
- Experience handling large manufacturing plants with multiple entry/exit points and large workforce is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in industrial security operations and loss prevention.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and electronic surveillance.
- Strong understanding of fire safety, emergency response, and crisis management.
- Excellent investigation, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination with government authorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Candidate
- Ex-Serviceman currently employed in a reputed manufacturing or industrial company.
- Experience managing a security team of 50+ personnel.
- Strong exposure to factory security, asset protection, and compliance.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
