ELD Customer Support Executive
Shift : Rotational shift-Apex ELD INC
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and/or inbound calls with international clients (primarily US-based).
- Assist customers with Electronic Logging Device (ELD) or telematics-related queries.
- Explain company services and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Schedule appointments or escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software.
- Follow up with customers via phone or email.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Deliver professional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US process).
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to work under targets. (Apna)
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Punjabi , Hindi along with Strongh English communication is preferred
- Experience in an International BPO, customer support, or voice process is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication may also be considered for some roles. (

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
