Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance & SEO Marketing Expert to drive user acquisition, organic growth, and revenue across digital channels. This role will manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta while also leading SEO strategy to improve search visibility and long-term traffic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Drive lead generation, and conversions using performance marketing strategies
- Monitor and improve key metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement, track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or Firebase
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines
- Work with content and development teams to improve technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawlability)
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Collaboration & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance across paid and organic channels
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to improve user journeys and conversion rates
- Identify growth opportunities across channels and recommend scalable strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, computer engineering or related field
- Proven experience in both Performance Marketing and SEO
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Holding an experience of 3-5yrs
