ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate is proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, MySQL, and microservices architecture.
You will be part of a talented software team working on mission-critical applications — owning features end-to-end, from building robust backend APIs and event-driven services through to delivering responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services and REST APIs using Spring Boot and microservices patterns.
- Build responsive, interactive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3; ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.
- Integrate front-end components with backend REST APIs and third-party services; manage data flow and state across the application.
- Contribute actively to all phases of the development lifecycle — from requirements and design through to testing and production release.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code aligned with best practices and architectural specifications.
- Design and manage relational database schemas in MySQL; write and optimise SQL queries for performance.
- Work with Apache Kafka for event-driven communication between services; use Redis for caching and session management.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components; participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including UI/UX designers and product managers — to define, design, and ship new features.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating emerging technologies and presenting findings for architectural review.
- Ensure applications are designed with scalability, reliability, security, and performance in mind.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Backend
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java / Java EE development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot — Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, REST APIs.
- Solid experience building microservices architectures (service decomposition, inter-service communication, API gateways).
- Strong command of MySQL — schema design, query optimisation, indexing.
- Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven, asynchronous service communication.
- Working knowledge of Redis for caching, session management, and pub/sub patterns.
Frontend
- Strong front-end development skills in Angular (v10+) — components, modules, routing, lazy loading.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3; familiarity with SCSS/SASS.
- Experience with RxJS for reactive programming and managing asynchronous data streams.
- Ability to build responsive UIs; experience with Angular Material or similar component libraries.
Software Engineering
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and common design patterns (SOLID, GOF).
- Experience with RESTful API design principles; familiarity with API documentation using Swagger / OpenAPI.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks — unit tests, integration tests (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine/Karma).
- Proficiency with version control using Git and collaborative branching strategies.
Infrastructure & Tooling
- Working knowledge of Maven or Gradle build tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of containerisation with Docker.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with Hibernate / JPA for ORM and relational data modelling.
- Familiarity with NgRx or other Angular state management libraries.
- Experience with React or Vue.js as an additional frontend framework.
- Exposure to Node.js for backend scripting or lightweight service development.
- Experience with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP (deployment, managed services).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, or similar).
- Experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers.
- Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
