We are looking for a data-driven PPC Expert who can plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, META (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. You will manage multi-platform ad budgets and deliver measurable ROI for our clients. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns Run META Ads (Facebook & Instagram) — awareness, lead gen, retargeting, and conversion campaigns Manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B clients as required Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with design team on creatives Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance daily Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights reports for clients Implement conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and META Pixel Continuously A/B test ads, landing pages, and audience segments Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on PPC experience (agency experience preferred) Google Ads certified (Search, Display, and/or Shopping) META Blueprint certification preferred Experience managing monthly budgets of ₹5L+ across platforms Strong command of Google Analytics 4, GTM, and META Business Manager Experience with all types of digital ads including LinkedIn Ads Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
