Job Description:-
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Finance Controller with strong experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and exposure to US taxation. The role will support the Finance Controller in managing financial processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing financial statements, and supporting tax-related matters for US entities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track budget performance and perform variance analysis.
- Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
Compliance & Internal Controls
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Improve accounting processes and strengthen internal control frameworks.
Cash Flow & Treasury
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and treasury activities.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate financial reporting and improve efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, and procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s /Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial control roles.
- Experience working with US clients or US tax compliance preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).

Office Time:- 6:30PM to 3:30AM In Summer, 7:30PM to 4:30AM In Winter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
