Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Job Summary:
An E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales channels, product listings, digital promotions, and customer experience to drive revenue growth through e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO content.
- Process and track online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior.
- Generate regular sales and performance reports.
- Work with marketing teams on email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Ensure accurate product information and website content.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online marketplace management, or digital sales (preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools is an advantage.
