About the Role
RBK is looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales & Marketing Manager** to lead our sales and marketing initiatives in the finance domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in team management, and in-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing strategies. This role requires an energetic individual with a target-oriented mindset and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to maximize performance.
Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance presentations for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Finance, Investment Banking, or Financial Services industry.
Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Active, confident, and professional personality.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with strong experience in both ,Sales and Digital Marketing will be preferred.
