About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Media Buying. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Create and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display & Remarketing) campaigns.
- Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Execute and monitor Performance Marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Manage TikTok Ads and other paid media campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to improve marketing performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, Media Buying, and TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads/Google Analytics certifications will be an added advantage.
