We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to help us build a high-performing and mission-driven team.
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience hiring across multiple functions. NGO recruitment experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop effective hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Manage job postings across job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Improve employer branding and candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Support internship and volunteer recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- NGO/Non-Profit hiring experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
