Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, presentable, and proactive Personal Secretary/ Executive Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative and personal support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, premium brands, or executive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visa applications, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.
- Organize meetings, client visits, event invitations, and hospitality arrangements.
- Manage personal and corporate gifting, including vendor coordination and timely execution.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documentation with discretion.
- Track important dates, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain professional records, expense reports, and administrative documentation.
- Support ad-hoc business and personal assignments as required.
