We are looking for a Clinical Lead who can combine excellent clinical skills with leadership and team management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
- Supervise junior physiotherapists and interns
- Ensure treatment quality and patient satisfaction
- Guide patient education and home exercise programs
- Support package conversions and patient retention
- Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Participate in weekly case discussions and team meetings
- Achieve monthly clinical and revenue targets for the centre
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience in Orthopaedics, Sports Rehab, Manual Therapy, Exercise Therapy, or Neuro Rehabilitation will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
