We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and growth-driven Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule meetings
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads until conversion.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling client conversations over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, IT Services, SEO, Website Development, Performance Marketing, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
